The Articulated XXL Pike & Taimen Streamer has an impressive length of around 25 cm and thus imitates the preferred prey fish size of the predators. The secret of its catchability lies in its incredibly seductive mobility when this streamer glides very lively through the water or plays in the current. With its very low weight in relation to its length, this streamer moves more attractively than hard- or softbait. This is also due to the tying material used, which pulsates in the water and gives the streamer a natural silhouette.
The extreme mobility of this big fish streamer is achieved by a special tying method. With the Articulated XXL Pike & Taimen Streamer, the tying material is not tied directly onto the hook, but onto individual shanks, which are hooked underneath each other. This creates a kind of "chain" of several body segments that can move very freely and thus give the streamer its magical attraction.
This tying method also has another advantage. The great freedom of movement of this streamer due to its jointed design offers the fish no leverage to free itself from the hook when it shakes its head and jumps out of the water. A problem that often occurs with rigid artificial lures. This flexible streamer follows all the fish's movements, so losing the fish while reeling it in is significantly minimised.
The titanium hook loop at the rear end of the Articulated XXL Pike & Taimen Streamer allows the hook to be attached very far back.
